Finding their gift early? We like your thinking. Gifts purchased during the 2026 holiday season are eligible for return through January 7, 2027.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. All other standard return conditions and exclusions apply.

RETURN POLICY (after January 7th 2027)

We offer 14 day returns beginning from the day the shipment was delivered.  Shipping fees are non-refundable and we can not cover return shipping fees.

New, unworn and Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a refund, if returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return you must :

• Request a return
• A return label will be emailed to you and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

Below items are non-returnable:

• Engraved and monogrammed products

• Custom Pieces including custom necklaces, bracelets, rings, initials, letters and numbers.
• Personalized and Custom jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, they are final sale.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us up to 2 hours after placing it. Please be advised that personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, after 2 hours, they are final sale.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to us. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

In case of a damaged item (if under warranty), we will exchange your item for a new one.

GIFT CARDS

Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
